So this was an assignment we had to do in Art class. We had to do a massive painting of a subject that we found serious......disturbing......uncool....scary?? You know what I mean!! XD

Anyhoo, so I went with the abusive family theme. The mother and the child look like they're running into the light away from the dark and the shadow that's supposed to be the abuser.
But the teacher thought the shadow looked more like a child kidnapper, so the final painting is about child kidnappers.

As you can tell, I am a HORRIBLE painter
I also don't like how it turned out. AT ALL. It's a horrible painting that I have buried in my parents' closet. That's how bad it is
The teacher thought that I should put writing in it, and that I think made everything worse :/
